Jan 17, Perfume in Luggage During Singapore Transit

by Khagendra Rai
(Sydney)

I am stopping for a transit of about 9 hours at Changi Airport. My question is: am I allowed to carry perfume in my luggage and if yes, how many bottles? Thank you.

Khagen

Hi Khagen

If you leave your perfume in the checked-in luggage, it shouldn't be an issue. (Please verify this with your origin airport.)

If you plan on taking perfume in you cabin luggage, it has to be bought from the duty-free shops in the restricted area of your origin airport.
